Dr. Perez handpicked his team with the sole purpose of providing excellent patient care and service. Each member of our team demonstrates professional integrity, dedication, and compassion toward each of our patients. We specialize in smiles, so we want to give our patients a reason to show off our work.
Nichole, Hygienist
Nichole is a native of Nebraska, but a true Texan at heart! She has over 15 years of experience in the dental field but has found her passion as a Dental Hygienist. Nichole graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been praised for her clinical skills and trained in gentle, yet thorough techniques. She believes in going the extra mile in order to provide patients with optimal care.
Nichole has a strong background with cosmetic reconstructive dentistry. She has trained with some of the top cosmetic and reconstructive doctors in the world through Pac-Live and the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. She has worked with many successful practices that have been featured in publications such as Doctor of Dentistry and Living Magazine.
Nichole lives in Keller with her husband, Sergio, and daughter Gabby. They are active members of Gateway Church in Southlake. Nichole spends her time watching her daughter grow and laughing with family and friends. She enjoys all types of music, movies, comedy clubs, and the performing arts.
Maegen, Dental Assistant
Maegen graduated from ATI Career Training Center with honors, Magna Cum Laude, and joined the staff at Vineyard Dental as a dental assistant in November 2009.
As a small child she developed a passion for teeth, and at a very young age made up her mind that she was going to pursue a career in the dental field and make sure that everyone she met walked away with a beautiful and confident smile. Maegen plans to continue her education and broaden her skills and knowledge and become a dental hygienist. She aspires to help others enhance their beautiful smiles with healthy, beautiful teeth. Maegen enjoys meeting new people and welcomes the experiences and adversity that each unique individual has to offer.
Outside of the dental office she is quite the "DIVA", she loves to shop, especially for accessories such as purses, jewelry and shoes. When it comes to jewelry, she says "the more bling-bling is all her thing". She enjoys being pampered, and being a 'girly-girl' but she can also enjoy herself doing outdoor activities from riding ATV's, and slinging mud, to water sports, boating, and riding jet skis. She has one very spoiled pet, a three year old miniature dachshund named Koa. She enjoys time with her family and friends and experiencing all new things and adventures that life has to offer.
Lorraine, Dental Assistant
Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Lorraine graduated from San Antonio College of Medical and Dental Assistants. She has been an assistant for 24 years, and enjoys being part of a team that is quality oriented and with the same goals to help patient keep their teeth for a life time. Lorraine looks forward to building a lasting relationship with our patients and co- workers.
Lorraine just got married in October, and enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and two black labs – Bella & Mia - who keep her pretty busy as well. She enjoys traveling , movies and cheering her husband on as he competes in the Scottish Highland games.
Janet, Office Coordinator
Janet is our treatment/office coordinator. Joining our staff this year, Janet has brought 15 years of experience in the dental field. With Janet's vast dental and administrative experience, she will be glad to discuss treatment options with you, coordinate appointments with specialists, and be available throughout treatment to assist with appointments, insurance, or financial concerns. Janet and her husband, Erich, enjoy spending time with their two sons, Dylan (10) and Elliot (4 months). They also enjoy cookouts, movies, and going to lake with friends and family.
They are active members of Rock Pointe Church in Flower Mound.
Alicia, Patient / Scheduling Coordinator
Alicia has become our new Patient Coordinator as of September 2010. She and her family relocated to Texas from the rainy yet beautiful state of Oregon in 2005. Alicia started her career in dentistry as a dental assistant in 2002 and studied at Oregon Health Science University for her certifications and has acquired 16 years of customer service experience. Alicia is a TEAM player and loves working with her new co-workers and Dr. Perez. She looks forward to meeting all of our patients and is ready to greet them with a BIG SMILE! When away from work she is spending all of her time with her family of five. She enjoys going on outings with her husband and kiddos! They are members of Gateway church
Wendy, Hygienist
Wendy graduated from the University of Southern Indiana 2003 with an Associate of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene and, in 2004, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene Education. Wendy feels her true calling is children’s dentistry, creating a fun environment for children of any age. As a Dental Hygienist, she has a strong passion for providing excellent care for all patients, with a gentle, yet thorough dental cleaning.
Originally from Indiana, she followed her heart and moved to Texas to be with her fiancé, Stephan. Now spending most of her free time planning their wedding in March 2012, Wendy still finds time to enjoy movies, all the great restaurants and shopping the DFW area has to offer. Wendy also enjoys spending time around Lake Grapevine, is a member of the Grapevine Runners and Walkers (RAW), and loves playing with her little Boston Terrier, 'Chillie'.
